We had a record 44 entries to the Friends of Lake Robinson Juried Art Competition this year. The theme this year was The Natural World of the Upstate. Our juror, Joann Benzinger, selected 19 for exhibit including First, Second, and Third Place plus 3 Honorable Mentions. Joann is a successful and versatile photographer who teaches at the Greenville Center for Creative Arts, the Spartanburg Art Museum, and the Wild Hare Gallery in Travelers Rest which she also owns.
The exhibit was, originally planned be hung at Greer City Hall in May, but due to the COVID-19 epidemic it will be later this summer. In the mean time we have decided to display the artwork here on our web site.
